The Soul Worth It! program is a 9-week program that consists of

Starting with an initial consultation with the Reiki practitioner to assess the participant’s needs and goals. The practitioner will work with the participant to develop a customized program that addresses their specific needs and supports their personal growth. This includes weekly Reiki healing sessions, which are designed to help participants release negative energy and promote deep relaxation.

During the session, the practitioner uses their hands to channel energy into the participant’s body, promoting a sense of peace and well-being. They are encouraged to listen to their bodies and minds, embrace imperfections, and understand that they are enough just as they are.

At the end of the program, participants can expect to have a more positive outlook on life, a deeper sense of self-awareness, and a greater appreciation for their own worth. They will have developed tools and strategies for overcoming limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, and will be equipped to face any challenges that come their way with confidence and self-assurance.
