Kundalini Yoga benefits include enhancing self-awareness and fostering spiritual growth by uniting the mind, body, and soul through movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras.

Olga offers an introductory 2 hours Kundalini Yoga lesson for beginners.

This individual class is designed for you, if you:

✨ Have not tried Kundalini Yoga before, so would like to understand and practice foundations;

✨ Lack energy;

✨ Experience stress and/or anxiety;

✨ Feel your life is filled with negativity;

✨Have difficulties with digestion;

✨ Have a sedentary job;

✨ Are caught up in your thoughts?

This lesson will help you to:

✔ Understand and practice the main Kundalini Yoga points

✔ Feel energised

✔ Feel calmer

✔ Strengthen your aura, which protects from negativity

✔ Improve digestion

✔ Learn exercises, which are beneficial for your spine
(especially, if you spend a lot of time sitting down during the day)

✔ Reconnect with your body, instead of being in your mind most of the time

✨✨This session includes:

Part 1 – Introduction – Tuning in/preparing for Yoga practice
– Lecture about and practice of Kundalini Yoga basics.

Part 2 – Kriya/set of specific energetic practices (mainly, breathing and movements) to balance the first chakra.
– Meditation to activate the brain and clear unresolved issues
