Catherine Crestani is a Leadership Coach, Intuitive Healer, Podcaster, Author and International Speaker who empowers women—especially mothers— to find their voice in business, family, and health through the transformative power of self-leadership.

Catherine’s journey is a testament to radical courage and unwavering self-belief. After building and choosing to leave a 6-figure company, for the second time, she chose her health, family and self over chronic stress, burnout, insomnia, adrenal fatigue, anxiety and panic attacks.
However, Catherine was also faced with her own worth story as a change in circumstances led her to living week-to-week and facing crises in her family life. When building it all back, Catherine rose by learning to choose herself first—and now she teaches others to do the same.
Catherine engages her knowledge, leadership skills, inner wisdom, real life examples, and compassion for those client’s she works with that gives her clients results.
