STALL HOLDERS
What is involved in having a Stall Album?
The first step is to send us: 1. a 1080 x 1080 Stall Album Cover that best represents you and your business
2. a description of your business
3. any links you would like promoted

You can then upload any videos or images that you wish.

When do we set up the Stall Album?
You are welcome to set up your Stall Album as soon as you wish so everything is not left to the last minute. (Recommend starting 2 to 3 weeks before Harmony Fest)
All images and videos must be uploaded before 10pm AEDT on the night before Harmony Fest begins.
What should I talk about during the Facebook Lives for Harmony Festival?
As a Stall Holder, we recommend using these lives as an opportunity to promote your business or different aspects of your business. You are welcome to have someone else in your live as well, especially if they can give a testimonial.
MASTERCLASS FACILITATORS
1. Masterclasses will be held on our zoom accounts. Recordings will be available on request;
2. We look after all the registrations from all our channels. You will be notified as bookings are received. Email details from all registrations will be provided within 24hrs of your Masterclass;
3. Proceeds of any Masterclass ticket sales will be transferred within 48hrs of the end of Harmony Fest;
4. All ticket sales for the Masterclasses will incur a 10% charge.
5. Whilst we will endeavour to promote your Masterclass to the best of our ability throughout all our channels, we hold no responsibility for the number of bookings you receive.
ONLINE READERS & HEALERS
1. As soon as we receive any bookings for your services, you will be notified via email and/or Social Media with all the details including name and time.
2. Proceeds of Bookings for Readings or Healings will be transferred within 48hrs of the end of Harmony Fest.
3. All bookings for the Readings or Healings will incur a 10% charge.
4. Whilst we will endeavour to promote your readings and healings to the best of our ability, we hold no responsibility for the number of bookings you receive.
