INFORMATION FOR ALL
1. The Harmony Fest will run for 3 days from Sept 12th-14th, 3am-9pm AEST or Sept 11th-13th, 10am-4am PT(14th);
2. The ‘ Virtual Expo’ part of Harmony Fest will be held in the Sacred U Facebook Group;
3. All participants are encouraged to join the Harmony Fest Participants Group to access further information, announcements & instructional videos;
INFORMATION FOR STALL HOLDERS & SPONSORS
What is involved in having a Stall Album?
The first step is to send us: 1. a 1080 x 1080 Stall Album Cover that best represents you and your business
2. a description of your business
3. any links you would like promoted

We will advise you as soon as your Stall Album is set up.
You can then upload any videos or images that you wish.

When do we set up the Stall Album?
You are welcome to set up your Stall Album as soon as you wish so everything is not left to the last minute. (Recommend starting 2 to 3 weeks before Harmony Fest)
All images and videos must be uploaded before 10pm AEDT on the night before Harmony Fest begins.
What should I talk about during the Facebook Lives for Harmony Festival?
As a Stall Holder, we recommend using these lives as an opportunity to promote your business or different aspects of your business. You are welcome to have someone else in your live as well, especially if they can give a testimonial.
Can a VA set up my Stall Album for me?
Yes, absolutely. Please let us know their name and Facebook Profile in the registration form.
Can I pre-scheduled my posts to come out during HarmonyFest?
Yes , this is actually recommended. Guidance on how to schedule posts can be found in the HarmonyFest Participants group.
INFORMATION FOR MASTERCLASS FACILITATORS
1. Masterclasses will be held on our zoom accounts. Recordings will be available on request;
2. We look after all the registrations from all our channels. You will be notified as bookings are received. Email details from all registrations will be provided within 24hrs of your Masterclass;
3. Proceeds of any Masterclass ticket sales will be transferred within 48hrs of the end of Harmony Fest;
4. All ticket sales for the Masterclasses will incur a 10% charge.
5. Whilst we will endeavor to promote your Masterclass to the best of our ability throughout all our channels, we hold no responsibility for the number of bookings you receive.
INFORMATION FOR ONLINE READERS & HEALERS
1. As soon as we receive any bookings for your services, you will be notified via email and/or Social Media with all the details including name and time.
2. Proceeds of Bookings for Readings or Healings will be transferred within 48hrs of the end of Harmony Fest.
3. All bookings for the Readings or Healings will incur a 10% charge.
4. Whilst we will endeavor to promote your readings and healings to the best of our ability, we hold no responsibility for the number of bookings you receive.
5. Readings and Healings will be held on our zoom accounts. Recordings will be available on request.
