1. Why would I pay for a speaking opportunity?
This is more than a speaking spot. It is an opportunity to be seen, promoted, featured, connected with a heart-led audience, and receive valuable media and visibility assets that extend beyond the event itself.
2. What happens after payment?

3. What if I don’t have a large following?
That is absolutely okay. We value authentic voices, lived wisdom, healing gifts, and meaningful messages, your list size is not an essential factor.
4. How do I know which option is right for me?
Choose based on where you are now:
- Voice Contributor – ideal if you’re ready to begin sharing
- Amplified Voice – for added visibility
- Expanded Presence – for growth and stronger positioning
- Featured Voice – for premium visibility and leadership presence
You are welcome to upgrade to other packages if you wish.
5. Can I promote my business or offerings?
Yes. All contributors can share their work in an aligned way. Higher-tier options include stronger promotion, magazine features, and expanded visibility opportunities.
6. Can I offer a participant gift?
Yes you will definitely be able to offer participants gifts, thereby adding to your email list.
7. What do I receive after the event?
Depending on your selected option, you may receive session recordings, edited media assets, branded graphics, magazine inclusion, promotional exposure, participant opt-ins to your lists and evergreen content to reuse.
8. When do I submit my materials?
You are welcome to submit your materials immediately using the forms provided in the following email. Final cutoff dates will also be listed in the email depending on the bundle you have purchased.
9. Are places limited?
Yes. Spaces are intentionally limited to ensure quality, care, and meaningful visibility for each contributor.
10. What makes this different from other online events?
This is not just another summit. It blends voice, wisdom, visibility, connection, healing, and becoming in a curated experience created in honour of International Women’s Day 2027.

11. Are refunds available?
Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment only. As this is a co-created event, planning and promotional preparation for your participation begins shortly after confirmation, and payments become non-refundable after this time.
12. Why is there an energetic exchange to participate?
The Gathering of Becoming includes event coordination, promotional support, media creation, publication opportunities, technology costs, and participant resources. The Energetic Exchange helps us create a meaningful and professionally supported experience for everyone involved that assists in off-setting the costs of late cancellations or no-shows.
13. What is the Village Pulse
Village Pulse is Sacred U’s online community, where we share updates, opportunities, member spotlights, live conversations, and aligned news with our wider Sacred U village.
