At Sacred U, every event is intentionally co-created with care, presence, and purpose.
A Gathering of Becoming is more than an online event, it is a shared experience created in honour of International Women’s Day 2027, bringing women together to share their voices, gifts, wisdom, and presence within a meaningful global container.
As part of your participation, we invest significant time, creativity, administration, promotional energy, technical support, scheduling, media preparation, and community care to help create a beautiful and impactful experience for all involved.
This agreement exists to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and an energetically balanced exchange.
By participating in Sacred U: A Gathering of Becoming, you acknowledge that this is a co-created energetic exchange.
Your selected participation option reflects not only financial contribution (where applicable), but also your commitment to showing up with integrity, professionalism, and aligned participation.
Sacred U commits to holding this space with care, organisation, promotion, visibility support, and energetic stewardship.
In return, we ask that all participants honour their commitments and agreed timelines.

To support event preparation, promotion, magazine production, media creation, and scheduling, participants may be required to provide materials including (where applicable):
All deadlines will be clearly communicated.
Failure to provide materials within required timelines may impact your visibility, promotional inclusion, magazine placement, or participation readiness.
Sacred U cannot guarantee promotional opportunities if required information is submitted late.
Participation options requiring payment are considered a committed energetic exchange.
Refund requests may be made within 24 hours of payment only.
After this period, planning, scheduling, promotional preparation, media allocation, and participant placement begin, and payments become non-refundable.

Once payment is received, Sacred U invests time and care into following up with each participant, confirming details, requesting materials, and coordinating your place within the event.
As part of this process, Sacred U will make one follow up attempt by email and one follow up attempt through social media. Participants are responsible for checking both their email and their social media messages regularly, so these follow ups can be received.
Where a participant does not respond after these two follow up attempts, within the timelines communicated to them, this will be treated the same as a late cancellation or no show.
In these circumstances, payments remain non refundable, and the $50 Cancellation/No Show fee outlined in Section 5 may apply.
Should a participant reach out after these two follow up attempts and still wish to be part of A Gathering of Becoming, we are always glad to welcome that. However, we can no longer guarantee any previously offered or allocated time slot, positioning, or inclusion. Where possible, Sacred U will offer an alternative placement, based on what remains available at that stage of planning.
Sacred U will always make these genuine attempts to reach you before this applies. In return, we ask every participant to stay reachable and responsive once they have committed their place, so we can honour the time and energy held for them, and for everyone else stepping into this gathering.
If you can no longer participate, we ask that you communicate with us as early as possible.

Because substantial preparation and promotion may already have occurred, payments remain non-refundable and a $50 Cancellation/No Show fee will be charged.

These situations will always be approached with compassion.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that your session, presentation, practitioner offering, contribution, voice, image, and related content will be recorded and live-streamed on our YouTube Channel and Website.

As part of Sacred U: A Gathering of Becoming, contributors (including speakers and practitioners) may choose to offer attendee exclusive gifts, complimentary resources, lead magnets, bonus experiences, discounted services, or special promotional offers.
These opportunities are intended to create meaningful connection between contributors and attendees, while also supporting contributors in sharing their work with aligned participants.
Some gifts, downloadable resources, or complimentary offers may be made available to all attendees as part of the event experience.

Selected premium attendee experiences may also include access to a curated collection of participant provided bonus offers, discounts, or exclusive attendee opportunities.

Contributors are solely responsible for:
Sacred U does not process payments for contributor bonus offers unless explicitly stated.
Sacred U acts solely as curator and facilitator of these optional opportunities.
Sacred U is not responsible for:
Any relationship formed through a contributor offer exists directly between the attendee and contributor.
Where attendees choose to access participant gifts, lead magnets, or offers, they may voluntarily provide their details directly to that contributor.
By doing so, attendees acknowledge that they are entering the contributor’s independent communication ecosystem and consent to any relevant communications under that contributor’s own policies.
Sacred U does not share attendee contact details directly without consent.
Participant bonus offers are optional and subject to availability, contributor timelines, and individual terms.
Sacred U does not guarantee the availability, duration, or ongoing access to any contributor-provided offer.
Sacred U reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments where required, including:

Sacred U is committed to holding a respectful, aligned, and supportive environment.
We reserve the right to remove or decline participation where conduct is inconsistent with the values or integrity of the event.
By applying, selecting a participation option, and/or completing payment, you confirm that you:
