Energetic Exchange & Cancellation Agreement

At Sacred U, each speaking engagement is co-created with love and care. We create promotional materials, publish event listings and share your message with our community to help your voice reach those it is meant to serve.

To help us honour the time, effort and resources invested in each booking, we ask that you provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel.

A valid payment method is required to secure your booking. By confirming your booking, you authorize Stripe, our secure payment processing provider, to securely store your payment method on behalf of Sacred U. No charge will be made at the time of booking.

Stripe requires that we receive your agreement to these terms before your payment method is stored, and before any future charge is made. Accepting this agreement is how you give that consent.

You authorize Sacred U to charge a USD $50 cancellation fee per affected booking to your stored payment method if you:

• Cancel within 7 days of your scheduled speaking engagement.
• Fail to attend your scheduled speaking engagement (a no-show).

If you book multiple speaking engagements, the cancellation fee may be applied separately to each affected booking.

Sacred U reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee where genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances apply.

By proceeding with your booking and selecting the agreement checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

Please note: Submitting this agreement is the first step. Your submission will be complete once you have successfully saved your payment method through the secure Stripe step.
