Hypnotherapy is a combination of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.
It is the art of helping your mind to open up to new possibilities. A natural way to heal, change and grow. Hypnosis helps you to relax your mind and body deeply, putting you into a dream-like state.


While in this state you are able to let your conscious mind (your thinking mind) drift, and together we access your subconscious mind (which stores ALL your beliefs, emotions, habits and behaviours). Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind to guide beliefs, thoughts and behaviours towards more positive outcomes for you. It is a natural way to heal, change and grow.

Hypnosis has been around for thousands of years. It was used by the Ancient Egyptians and other cultures for healing.

Psychotherapy uses a number of techniques to help you unravel the tight grip you have on an issue, and the issue has on you.

It is getting to the core of the problem, and reframing it, so you can learn a new set of beliefs and behaviours that serve your desired outcomes.


About Christina Sullivan
Christina is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist. Her journey with Hypnotherapy began twenty years ago. By using Hypnotherapy to shift her thinking about her eating habits and body image, She was able to stop snacking and binge eating and gain freedom from “mood-foods”. This resulted in losing 20 kgs, feeling fitter and stronger. The next step was to use Hypnotherapy to quit smoking, allowing her to get her life back under my control, without any cravings, without any chemicals, and without any withdrawals. She was amazed at how simple it really was to get back to a healthier self. Because she was able to dissolve those unwanted habits, and take back control.

Christina’s goal is to help as many people as possible make positive and lasting changes. To empower you to get back control of your life and live more fully. Her approach is to focus on solutions. To help you discover your internal resources and put them to use, for you. You don’t need to struggle with habits and patterns that don’t serve you.
